They guarantee that they can negotiate and get you the vehicle for your price then cannot deliver. They make you call your insurance to add the vehicle even before you go through financing; you then do not meet their tier one level and cannot get the vehicle at your price range. While there I over heard other customers arguing with sales people and realized I was not the only unsatisfied customer."

Upon my arrival, there was some confusion as to whether it was sold or not. I had called just before they closed on Saturday and arrived one hour after they opened on Sunday. The car was still there and I looked it over. We returned to the showroom. I used the rest room and by the time I got back to the salesman, he informed me that the car had been sold the day before. He offered to show me other cars but I declined. To this day, 2 weeks later, the car is still listed. I would not buy a car from them under any circumstances, at any price. I believe this car is used to lure potential buyers to their lot because of all the facts listed above and because it is listed well below the going price at other dealers."
