But they let the manager take the car home for the weekend, so it wasn't there when I arrive. One of the sales guys offered to give me money for gas when I came back the next day. I asked for gas money for the day I arrived and did not intend to come back, why would I. They refused to offer me anything for my 1 hour drive to their dealership. I expected a sincere apology from someone on Monday, but that never came. Poor management, communication, and service."

It was pouring rain, and our kids were beyond patient, even without their nap. We were left waiting for the majority of close to two hours after the test drive. Each of the three times the "manager" (if he was) briefly came back, he didn't have the information I asked for about the car. He finally followed us into the parking lot with what looked to be what I was asking for, but of course, it was only the first page of the inspection. The car was also overpriced. We were told it would be going to the auction if it didn't sell in a few days. We bought a car from a different dealership instead. It's been three weeks and as of a couple days ago, the car was still for sale. Totally frustrating and annoying."

They are playing the wear you down so you'll sign anything to get out game. Everything I hate about buying a car. At least the price worked out over the phone was not an issue. "
