Avg. Dealer Rating: (1 review) "Drove up, they walked up while the cars still moving, greeted me very nice then immediately bombarded me with questions. The sales manager and general manger were the worst, saying, "they can go somewhere else," when I requested to have the car checked by my mechanic. Obviously loud enough for me to hear and knowing very well they have a big sign up in the office saying they may do so. In a nut shell they gave me a buy or leave attitude. They have robots working there. The entire Selma auto is this way, was harassed. Only 2 out of 7-8 people I dealt with there showed a heart beat. Ruben was good. I was looking for a Kia Soul, I really want one but the demand is high and just about every dealer is selling them used for more than the cost of them when they came out in 2010. But these guys are brutal, I don't fathom how a general manager can have such awful customer service skills. "
