"The dealer didn't disclose that the car's oil pan had been sheared
off. One of the bolts on the oil pan wan't replaced. there were
several areas under the car that were scraped and the front bumper
had damage underneath. When I made the dealership aware they
didn't apologize or claim that they were unaware. i heard from
another dealership that they tried to have a wholesaler unload the
car by selling it at another dealership. i would not trust this
dealership. They had to have known the car was damaged and
chose to not disclose this information"

"Very competitive prices and great service. They have a large inventory, which is great. I have purchased before from this dealer. Make sure you budget for an extended warranty or be prepared to negotiate this because they will try and sell it to you. I did get an extended warranty for my van, which covers all non-routine maintenance (standard wear and tear items and regular maintenance items not included). My extended warranty covers me up to 7yrs/100K, which is nice for peace of mind. However, as this is a Toyota, I don't expect to have to use the extended warranty much, if at all. Just make sure you know what the warranty and peace of mind is worth. I would purchase from this Dealer again, and they are on my short list."

"Car looked great in the pictures, when I got to the dealer nobody came out
and the car was all scratched and dented. It was missing parts and had
evidence of bodywork on the front end. It also had exactly double the
internet advertised miles with the excuse they had to replace the engine. I
did my research on that kind of car beforehand and the engine lasts well
beyond 250xxx miles quite easily; there would've been no need to replace
the whole engine unless it had been damaged. When I asked to see the car
I was ushered into the office instead of them offering to get the keys. The
whole time I was there everything was kinda sketchy. Needless to say I did
not buy from them."

"I paid a visit just before they close last year but the car is too expensive
for the condition. I did not test drive the car but started the engine and i
heard vibration. Lexus is known for smoothest engine and this car
was not. My decision ended there. If i had money, i'd got it thinking to
fix a minor problems, but didn't have enough $$$ to take the risk. Other
than that the car was very clean like new and it does looked like lexus. "
