“Highlander - wanted a hybrid but this one is ok”
Got a used Highlander after looking at a few. Wanted a hybrid but they are rare around here. Gas being cheaper in Texas I guess it's not a priority for most folks. Anyway we are a few weeks in and so far so good.

"i was PROMISED a price over the phone by the salesperson, and even
asked several times "are you sure you can do this deal?" and was told
yes. I'm in Alpharetta (nearly an hour away) and had to take time off
from work to take a look at the vehicle and ink a deal. i expressed this
to the salesperson and begged her not to waste my time. She said she
cleared it with the manager (LIAR!). Five minutes before i'm leaving my
house, the manager calls and says the salesperson was incorrect and
they could not give me the car for the price that was promised. At least
he had the sense to call me so I didn't drive all the way there, but still a
major inconvenience because a selfish salesperson didn't care about
wasting my time. Very frustrating."

"From my initial phone call with a "sales assistant" to ultimately
speaking with the "general manager", this was the absolute WORST
experience I have ever had in thrying to buy a used car.
Unbelievable. The vehicle that I tried to buy WAS NEVER even
there! They lied and told me they took it for a test drive and it had
smokers damage...thereby trying to get me to change focus to a
different (more expensive of course) BMW. There were 4 people all-
in on the lies/deceit. I would not go anywhere near these buffoons as
their actions are beyond the pale. Horrific experience/"
