They advertised they had it, and we confirmed it was available for a test drive that day, and went down there, and they told us they hadn’t even received the car – it was still being transported! We worked with them for a week while they were doing the “inspection,” and we were promised that we’d be the first ones to see the car since they miscommunicated it’s availability and made us drive all the way down there for nothing (and we live 30 miles away). The salesman said someone else was responding to his email! After being promised by the next day, or within 3 days it would be available, and checking in daily to confirm, we were finally informed it was available 7 days later, and to come down after 4:00 pm. Albeit, we didn’t get there until 5:00 pm, they sold the car only minutes before we got there, after they had been informed I was coming with cash to buy the car and being promised first shot. They didn’t even have the decency to call us. The salesman blamed it on another sales man, and then didn’t even help us with any questions we had on other cars. They were unapologetic and un sympathetic, and I think that was the worst part. Had we felt some empathy, it would have been different, but the lack thereof was very upsetting. I would give them a negative score if I could"

After we had decided to purchase the vehicle, we had to wait an hour and a half for their financial manager to write up the contract. We were an hour an a half from home. We arrived at the dealership around 5:30 PM and didn't leave the dealership until after 9PM and didn't get home until almost 10:30. Totally radiculous. We would not recommend this dealer to our friends or family."
