THe Manager did not care at all that he sold us this because we didn't report it unitil 5months post purchase since it was a slow leak! Took the car in for it's FIRST rotation at another facility and we watched them rotate & they found a crushed rim that only a machine could cause. Something an educated consume could not find unless they asked the salesman to take off the tires for inspection! Yet the manager refuses to replace our rim for free. Only for his discounted price of $350!!! THen he blames the other tire company for crushing our rim & refuses to help us! Don't you think we'd go after the tire co that crushed it??? So we are driving on safety defect thanks to Ford until we can afford to replace it! "If you're not satisfied, we're not satisified" is their billboard! BS!!!!!!!!!
