We briefly discussed down payment with the salesperson and he told us we would be able to discuss with the finance dept when it came time to dicuss financing. However, we were never a part of the discussion during the financing. We waited almost 2 hours just waiting for the finance person to talk to us. Additionally, it's not like the place was busy. We may have been the only people in there. After the nearly 2 hour wait, the finance person had the audacity to ask "are you ready?" At that point we just wanted to get any deal done since we knew we were going to refinance through our bank anyway, I will never conduct business with them nor will I refer them to anyone I know. Time to go remove the Bayway logo off my vehicle."
