Avg. Dealer Rating: (2 reviews) "Shahid is nice to speak with, but overcommitted on what the Cabriolet Warranty and Manufacturer Warranty covered. I noticed a humming sound shortly after the purchase and Shahid assured me if anything was wrong the manufacturer would cover it and if not, to call him and he will take care of it. Well, the dealer explained the tires are "choppy" and are causing the noise and it is not covered. Shahid then backed off his previous comments and stated tires are not covered by him either. I'm not an experienced car buyer, so I assumed Bumper-to-Bumper Warranty meant everything is covered and Shahid's comments I had nothing to worry about reassured me my assumption was correct. Despite Shahid explaining the tires had been sitting on the lot for awhile and would eventually work out the choppiness, the dealership has said this is not true and new tires are needed to get rid of the noise. So I need to deal with a constant low humming in a car I just bought or drop a thousand dollars to replace tires that have 20k+ miles left on them. Overall, Cabriolet was nice to deal with right up until the warranty came into play. Maybe an offer to contact the tire manufacturer on my behalf would have been nice. Either way, a lesson was learned by me to read the fine print and don't accept suggestions I have nothing to worry about."

Salesmen were not available and had to be paged numerous times to assist us. Prices were high for the condition the vehicles were in, salesman would not negotiate. Bad experience, will not shop Autopark again."
