"I commend the dealer for superb customer service! I located a 2011 Ford Focus on Cargurus, contacted the dealer and purchased the car a month ago. A problem was encountered with two of the wheels - severe rim runout on one; runout on the second. Dennis Roberts Jr., General Manager of Hillsboro Ford, immediately corrected the problem by providing me, without hesitation, with two new wheels, an outcome far more than the warranty issues demanded! I could not be more pleased with Hillsboro Ford!"

"I found them to be sleazy and liars. I asked them about the timing belt on the Tundra that I went to test drive and they would show me all kinds of records , but the timing belts. They told me they had quick turnarounds when I knew the truck had been on the lot for months!!! I could go on....... I will not be going back there!"

"Contacted them on Fri at 5:30 car was for sale. Drove 130 of the 170
miles Sat before they opened and received a call saying car was sold.
A week later car was still on the web site so I called to inquire if it was
available. The sales guy would not tell me, said he would call back.
He never did. I e-mailed their general address never got an answer. I
gave up for another week and tried again. Again sales guy would not
tell me if the car was available said he would call back. He did not. I
receive their automated e-mail asking how my experience was and
again inquired if the car was available still no response. I'm beginning
to think they are scam artists. Or just don't want to sell their cars. "

"long story short we spent way too much time trying to buy a car
from them. we did all the work we put in all the effort and what
little they did was wrong, from the numbers on the PNS our down
payment what was negotiated and the final price. we drove two
hours to look at a car and the salesman did not even show up. we
ended up talking to for different people in total all of whom had
different ideas of what was going on. we ended up backing out of a
deal on a car that I really wanted and bought local. will definitely
not recommend them in the future."
