I bought my 1st new car in 32 years on 4-16-09. I bought a Toyota Camry because of Consumer reports evaluation. "I bought the vehicle from McGee Toyota and they were easy to deal
with and the transaction went smoothly. However, when I reported
there was a problem with one of the power windows, everything went
silent. I have not heard from the salesman or anyone else. Not even a
follow up call to ask about my experience. I am disappointed with the
dealership but not unhappy with the vehicle. I would suggest to the
dealership that there sales and/or customer care representative follow
up with a call to make sure the transaction went smoothly and the
customer is satisfied. A simple call or email goes a long way to
reassure a customer and iron out any wrinkles. "
