If I had to spend 6 months and research all the premium cars out there from the major brands, I would consider several key points. Sure it must be high quality and also a great ride and drive, but most of all it has to be fun to drive. "I was able to negotiate a good price over the phone. It seemed too easy
over the phone, I suspected that the sales person was just trying to get
me in to the dealership. When I came in to buy the car there were no
games, the offer was written up and handed to me as negotiated. It was
a much better car buying experience than at the last place. Richard did a
great job and the loan manager was also pretty awesome."

"Initially, I received a prompt response. I asked was there room for negoiation on the price for which I was told no. Later, I was eventually advised (via e-mail) that the car sold. As I went back to the "drawing board" looking for another vehicle, I saw the same vehicle unbeknowing to me with a price reduction of an additional $2k! Apparently this happened while I was trying to get the person I was dealing with to reduce the price (she didn't let me know there was a price change). Naturally the car sold and I was disappointed (I already had my financing and at the point of purchasing the vehicle). Don't know if I will deal with this individual/dealership again. "
