Thay also stayed in touch w/myself and my son in law. We seriously were impressed. Unfortunatly we were not able to make the deal work...as the lender was Roadloans and the dealership and Roadloans do not do business. The buyer, my son in law had also been run through 18 different finiance companies, w/o his knowledge...by other dealerships. By the time he was able to get a day off work, to actually go to Southern Trust and see just what they coud do for him. His credit score had dropped nearly 35 points in the space of a week. He has still not purchased anything, and is very unsure he will ever have fair and honest people stand behind what they say they will be able to do in his attempts to purchase a car."

I must say as soon as I stepped on the lot I fell inlove at first sight when I saw a white 2009 328XI BMW Coupe, what I enjoyed most about my experience is that there was absolutely no hassling or pressure to buy any car unlike the norm from other car dealers! No "getlemen's agreement" was honored and my car was sold to a buyer who according to the seller, "gave them more money"...so much for customer service and willingness to make a new customer and potentially more future business, this dealership only cares for profit that's it."
