"well first off I just wanna say I drove an hour an a half to the dealership. when I got there I was sat down and got my car looked at mind u they low balled and offered me not even close to what I was looking for after I told them that wouldn't work they pretty much said " k bye ." I do not recommend them to anyone . by far worst costumer services ever !!!"

"Submitted credit application waited about 2 days and it wasn't submitted to bank. Although they had ran it - it never got anywhere for an actual car loan I guess it sat in their if we have time pile.. I called in twice to check status and they told me "we are working on it". I found out 2nd day no one worked it. I guess because I do not have good credit. Interestingly, I got financed same day for a car, with the same year and mileage as the one I applied for here. I went to Motor World in Glen Ellyn. Good Luck! "

"rob at country Chevrolet was very quick to respond but i will never deal with them again. First off i was told there was plenty of room to work on the price of this truck and then after i drive 6 hrs to look at it i was told they cant budge on the price. Secondly I traded my truck and they gave me bottom dollar for it. the body was a lil bruised but interior was imaculate. i took it because i really love the new truck. Third and probably most important i wrote them a check because they didnt wanna wait on the wire transfer like they told my bank they would. Rob then said they would hold my check till i told them it to cash it because i had to get my lender to cut me a check to cover it. They cashed it the next day and i only found out because i had to call them over something else they did wrong. "
