That has not been my buying experience. I was very skeptical about the online vehicle purchase process. Unfortunately, my doubts have been reinforced by the lack of commitment to customer service, promised actions, and follow through I've received from their sales team. I was promised a replacement hub cap for one that was badly damaged on the vehicle I purchased from them. After a string of e-mails, there has been no more contact or action. Since I live in a different state, I can’t drop by and confront the salesman in person. Make certain everything is handled before the deal is completed with these online sales if you don’t live nearby. Also, the pick-up service from the airport was complimentary and very nice, BUT, it adds extra pressure to finalize the sale after arriving at the dealership."
