I live five hours drive away, so good communication was a key factor in choosing to visit Jones. "From my initial phone call, Mike was quite nice, informative & helpful. As I was quite excited to find the Chevy I was looking for, was very pleased. The lot & office were tidy & clean that also made a good impression. Monte Carlo appeared as advertised. Alden was also quite nice and patient. After checking it out & driving a bit, was so delighted that knew I couldn't 'negotiate’ the price. Mike contacted Ed to finalize 'the deal'’ I appreciate the arrangements made. Certainly believe the car was well worth price & I will get my money's worth. It was nice meeting Ed also, when picking up my car. Would recommend M&M Auto to anyone. I am sincerely a ‘gearhead’; No one would appreciate my Monte Carlo more.
