"Do NOT ever do business with this dealer. They were rude and
discriminatory toward me because of my disabilities. When I asked
for an apology, they ignored me and walked away! I was deeply
offended and I even had the cash to pay for the car in full!!!
LET EVERYONE BE WARNED!
Dear Randy,
Thank you for getting in touch with me.
I would love to test drive this car as I am very much interested in it.
However, you, confusing me with another customer, said you were
afraid to go on a test drive with me, and refused to let me test drive
any of your other vehicles. I said then, and continue to say now, that
you were and are confusing me with another customer. I never was at
your dealership when you said the particular test drive took place, and
I have NEVER done such things behind the wheel that you accused
me of!!!
I was, and still am, deeply offended by YOU, Randy, as I have never
been spoken to like you spoke to me, or treated as rudely as you
treated me that day!!!!!
I am disabled, Randy, and I am sorry if that makes you feel
uncomfortable. However, I have every much as a right to my next
breath of air as you and everyone else does. I also have the right to be
treated with dignity and respect, neither of which you seem to show
the courtesy of extending when shown to you!!!
Until you significantly apologize for your rude behavior, I will probably
never again do business with you or Hayward Ford again.
