Salesman kept trying to ask me when I could come in. They lowered the truck below what I wanted to pay a week later and no one even considered letting me know. Since I was 100 miles away, I wasn't going to make that drive unless they made me an offer I would consider. Fortunately, I found a better truck for a lower price before they lowered the one I was interested in at this dealer. Terrible service"

When I inquired about a car online, which they offered additional savings, then I went to the dealership they denied having offered additional savings on the car. The car I inquired about was only a couple of years old had scratches on both sides of the car, which they had filled in very poorly with paint, and the interior was badly worn. During negotiation the sales person wanted to add the cost of fixing these issues into the cost of the car. They also attempted to add dealership fees to the cost of the car. Of course, I walked away from this dealership. I would NOT recommend Toyota of Louisville to anyone. "

Avg. Dealer Rating: (6 reviews) "The Sales Manager (Ron) was driving around the vehicle I was interested in, so my salesperson had me contact him to ask questions about the truck. I called the sales manager and he stated the truck was perfect and he went over it with a fine tooth comb. I questioned if there was any damage on the back tailgate due to the glare on some of the pics and again he assured me it was perfect. The evening I was supposed to get the truck, my salesman called me that afternoon and told me there was a dent in the tailgate. I called some Ford body shops and other body shops and found out it was going to cost between $1200 to $1500 to have the tailgate fixed. They offered to come down $300 on the price, so it did not work out. The sale was lost due to a tailgate. Lincoln was my salesperson and tried to do everything right and I appreciate his help. Not real confident in the sales manager (Ron) due to him lying directly to me on the phone. It was a shame we could not reach an agreement. Also, I never did find out what was left on the factory warranty either. It appeared that the truck had a programmer on it, but no one knew for sure. This might have voided the remaining factory warranty."
