They said they had another dealer that wanted to buy it on Monday and so I needed to drive down right away. Also trade in valuation of my current car was completely out of line. Well below Kelly Blue Book and what it was going for on Craigslist. But the car I bought was as described."

It was hidden around the corner and the keys were not in the normal place. Another salesman had them for HIS customer that was coming in later. The prices on the cars were 1000-3000 over the going rate. I got the same "We don't operate on a very high margin" line, yet unless they were really poor at negotiating trade-ins, they would have been making $4000 on the sale, which is a pretty good margin. Since my negotiation 4 months ago with another dealership got me a car with everyone happy, this was a much worse experience."
