Half the time the salesman didn't know answers to our questions, and the other half he was curt, obstinate ( & we were buying the car!) We wanted to do the deal on Saturday night, at a reasonable time but the F & I guy wouldn't stay to do it. I've had friends who were F&I managers that always stayed late on weekends; it was just assumed they would in order to accommodate the customer, but not these guys. We requested they transport it to Amarillo, where we live, 2 hrs away where they have another dealership & they initially balked at that! Acted like it was an imposition. We bought the car and was treated badly; can you imagine how they treat other potential clients. Never again. Avoid these guys."
