I Spoke to "Jose", and when I called back two hours later to confirm the test drive said he was sorry but the vehicle had been sold. (Really? In two hours time on a weekday morning?). For days afterward the vehicle was still listed on the dealers website, and I continue to get spam emails from them asking if I'm "still interested". I have no interest in dealing with Jerry's Ford of Alexandria and advise others to avoid them. "

When I got there, he pointed off in some direction and said the car is over there. As we walked toward another group of cars, about 2 min. into the walk he said. "The car is actually not here we sold it this morning." He then told me he would've preferred to have sold it to me and pointed to another car. The car I originally went to view and buy was a kia sportage and he showed me a large SUV. I was not interested. When I was leaving the 'manager/closer' came out and gave me another offer on some cars similar to the Kia. He said he would have them ready by Monday and we had set a price range. Monday came and I sent an email about the arrangement and he had someone else call me back and say "Sorry we actually can't sell the car to you for that amount.""
