"after driving for 4 hours the dealer greeted us and was very friendly. I gave a credit card deposit with no strings attached. if I was not going to by the truck ,it would be refunded no questions asked. Since I was out of state I needed a nys state inspection. the truck needed some warnty work which was covered by the dealer in nys. Ireceived some compsation for my inconvience. I would recommed this dealer. It was well worth the drive!!!!"

"The saleman told me we had a 30 day warranty and when I met with the finance guy it was a 50/50 warranty. The salesman also told me that Capital Auto Finance had declined us because we were self-employed. This was not true as I have a blank Capital Auto Finance check in my hands. The salesman told me he had secured lower financing for us. Capital Auto Finance rate was 7.9 % and their lender rate was 13.99 percent. Now I have to find a lender to refinance at a lower rate. We only bought the car because it was the car that my wife wanted and it was in excellent condition. I would not use them again. On the positive side they waited for us to get there from Maine and they stayed open for us so we could finalize the deal."

"Salesman couldn't find the car we were coming 60 miles to look at.
Then he said it was sold last night after he went home. (He didn't make sure he had the car for us to see!) He then said he had "the same thing" in a newer car for the same money. We bought it but in thinking about it I realized that the "Touring"version we wanted was not what we got. He switched us to the "Sport" version without telling us this."
