The vehicle i drove needed brakes, and I had to put gas into the vehicle for my test drive.. which i never got the money back. The salesperson was great, but the loan guy attempted to strong arm me into a super high percentage rate because of my troubled credit.. when they saw I wasn't a sucker, he stopped his high pressure sale and I left. It was their closing time. He promised, but didn't bother to call me back the next morning.. or even to this date a few weeks later...so I went to a reputable dealer, and got a great loan, and basically the same car for 100.00 less per month. Don't get suckered in by their great prices, its only a facade for predatory lenders. Don't believe me if you don't want.. just look around this place and trust your gut. "

The salesmanship was okay, they were not pushy and forceful (which is something that i liked) but they were not knowledgeable of their own vehicle. The vehicle itself is another reason that i am giving them a three because the vehicle was horrible and they took pictures to show the "good side" and it was a waste of my time to travel and see the obvious flaws, like the check engine light, paint job, the discoloration of the seats and leather, tears in the headliner..... I could keep going on but i wont."

When we arrived the car was no where to be seen.We were told to sit and wait while the owner was speaking to someone on the phone (in a language we did not understand)presumably to have the car driven to the dealership. During our wait we were questioned as to weather we were paying "cash" or not. The dealership was very dark and unwelcomimg. The one restroom that we were shown to was unusablew/ diapers and waste. To say the least we made a hasty retreat and drove back home the 90 miles. We finally purchased a car locally.Buyers BEWARE"

I called that morning to confirm the car was still there. I asked for the salesman that I already spoke with and he told me that he was " to busy to look, I could help my self and look on their website." I looked on the website and couldn't find it and didn't want to drive another hour to the dealership if it wasn't there. I called back and asked another salesman if they still had the vehicle and he just took my name and told me Shane(the salesman I already spoke with) would call me back and help me. That was after I already to him that Shane wouldn't help me and I was irritated. All I needed was to confirm the vehicle was there before we drove another hour and no one had the time to help us. Well he it's been a week and he never returned the call.We ended up driving to Used Imports Auto and got a much better deal and they were very attentive."
