This truck is a towing machine, it pulls my 10000# enclosed car trailer like it's not even there. It drives like a Caddilac and pulls like a Peterbuilt. "I felt like I was bothering him when going through the purchase. He was able to go down to meet my monthly payment, but he never told me the loan extended to 6 years instead of 5, until I asked. On day 18 of the 30 day warranty period, the vehicle I bought needed a new starter. I was quoted $425 by them when other garages, specifically Rowe Ford in Auburn, only charges $265(parts and labor). When I bought the vehicle, I was told it has a bumper to bumper warranty for the 1st 30-days. I found out that is not the case - it is actually 50/50. That would've been nice to know up front. Not only that, the ABS light came on and I don't feel confident in bringing it back there to do the work since I don't want to overpay, so I'll just go to my local garage instead."
