MIKEis an AWFUL business OWNER-- I put a down payment on an x5- he signed an agreement with me- I had 10 days to come back with my insurance check-- I came back within 5 days-- my car was sold to someone else!!! They DID NOT even call me to tell me!!!!!! I called the day before and asked To have my car ready-- they said "ok" called the day of Pick up--- then was put through to Glen the finance manager (I was paying cash for the car) he told me the car was sold!! I was furious!!! Mike wasn't available! He was getting "married" and was unavailable!! I had no car-- no planned transportation-- and my insurance rental was running out!!!!!! I was furious and disgusted! Sheri the receptionist was too lazy to get my cash bk-- they wrote me a check for my deposit after I demanded it back-- I had to then drive to chase and begin my search all over again! Thank god I found a newer x5 with less miles and NO cosmetic issues, for an EXCELLENT price--- somewhere else!! Don't give them your business at Premier-- you can find much better deals, better quality, and integrity elsewhere!"
