"Had to sit and wait over an hour for a salesman. Found a car that I was
interested in, they were going to work on financing and call me the
following morning. They never called, I called them later in the afternoon
and told them I was no longer interested in dealing with them. Not a very
good company to deal with, many cars on thier website are not at the site. "

"Told me they only took cash for money down! I went on a Sunday and was going to put 2800 down on a vehicle,the guy helping me asked if it was cash or charge and I said in using my debit card he said that's fine I then go to look at the vehicle which was really clean from the pics and clean from the outside at first glance but when I got into the car the cup holder was broken the clothes hangers in the back were missing the cab light cover was missing the clip for the driver side visor was missing and the trunk was showing metal! I go to start it up and nothing! Battery was dead, I drove 2 hours from riverside to see this car that the sales man told me was a steal,great car. My advice save time go somewhere else!"

"Phillips Buick Gmc in Fruitland Park,FL did a fantastic job. This is the first time I have purchased a used car and Tim was honest, friendly and no pressure. They took excellent care of me from the time I stepped on to the lot. I was looking for a Hummer H3 and they had one that met all my criteria. Tim, walked me through the car, took it out for a test drive and then through the buying process. he worked for me and eventually advocated for the price I was willing to pay. The GM thanked me personally for my business.
I found the dealership to be very friendly and flexible.
I would highly recommend Phillips Buick Gmc.

"The vehicle I purchased had been wrecked. The dealership kinda knew about it but did not tell all of their sales personnel.I was the last to know. The CARFAX did not indicate any wreck. The excuse was given that the time of the accident had not been updated by CARFAX. It was a deer strike which thoough dangerous - did not disturb the integrity of the vehicle. After some heated conversation - we hammered out a way to make good the sale. Otherwise they were excellent. Word to the wise - do not use CARFAX as the ultimate truth."
