Avg. Dealer Rating: (6 reviews) "Very bad experience with the Internet Sales Manager. Salesman gave us a test drive and then we sat and discussed with him what we would offer, and why. ISM then took over, announcing that "as two intellectuals" (seriously) we would arrive at a price. A price was negotiated and then the ISM disappeared for ten minutes and came back saying he did not want to nickle and dime us but he needed another $200. We declined, having agreed a price with him, and no deal was done. As expected, next morning the salesman called and left a message saying he had spoken to the owner and they would split the difference at $100. As a matter of principle we did not respond, so they lost the deal for $200 on a $22,000 previously agreed price. For the record, we bought a newer, same model vehicle in better condition and for less money the morning after the ISM's botched performance."

Avg. Dealer Rating: (7 reviews) "Emailed internet sales manager and never got a response. After a week or so, I decided to call them and was told "Abram" has gone on vacation for a week. With the same guy on the phone, we made plans to visit on the weekend. He gave me his cell phone number if I had any questions in the meantime and when we tried several times to contact his mobile, we were only getting his voicemail and no calls back from him. Before leaving home, I thought I'd give my last try with the general manager and he was no helpful either. He sounded impatient after explaining to him from my first contact via email with them to the never got call back from his sales associate that promised me my offer was acceptable. Instead, this manager firmly rejected my offer and that was it! I guess they have poor communication and aren't really helpful or useful to me. The vehicle is still available and is priced high. I'm sure the manager is enjoying the drive as I was told he has been driving it and putting the extra mileage. As you can clearly see the experience I was going through in hopes of making a deal with them and obviously, ROCK AUTO GROUP isn't willing to try and work a deal with me. I wish you luck, but go cautiously as others have said similarly about their experience."
