I was a bit nervous at first since I wasn't buying from a "dealer" because I was always told that that was best, but they changed my mind. They were honest, disclosed all about the vehicle, answered all my questions, let me drive the car for as long as I needed before buying it, fixed something months later that we didn't have time to fix when I bought it, explained the Car Mark warranty in detail, etc. The negotiation and pricing was also fair based on what I had found in my research.
