Excellent, fun car to drive, good handling. Manual Transmission with a Turbo is worth the extra cost. Great gas mileage, average maintenance. All parts are expensive, but repairs are predictable. Find a good Saab mechanic and stick with them. If you're buying used read the service history first.

Avg. Dealer Rating: (11 reviews) "I live in Wisconsin and drove 1.5 hours one way to the Autobarn in Evanston to test drive/purchase my dream car. I worked with a new salesman, Paris Marlow. He is new so a little green behind the ears, a very nice guy, strives for success and played everything by the book. Paris was very aware of the fact that I was on my way to the dealership to look at this vehicle. I was very disappointed when I arrived to test drive the car because the door was frozen shut as well as the window and I was not able to open/close the door. Paris had to take the car through the car wash in order to thaw it out. Also, the low tire pressure light was on and all four tires needed air. The low fuel light was also on and we had to stop for gas before taking it for a test drive. All of this took time and should have been completed before I arrived. I feel if the salesman was serious about selling the vehicle, he should have made every attempt to have this vehicle prepped before my arrival. This would be considered great customer service. I felt they used the delay of game tactic in which they make you wait forever hoping for you to break down and lose your patience and just settle on a price. Well, I was losing my patience for sure. Then I had to play the game on the trade-in and the price of the vehicle yet. At this point, I was getting very frustrated, tired and angry with this tactic. Finally, I was able to deal with the General Manager directly. The General Manager and I bucked heads on the trade-in on my vehicle. I finally agreed to the trade in for $500 less than what I wanted on my vehicle as it was getting extremely late. They also did not budge on the price of the vehicle either. If it wasn't for the fact I wanted this vehicle, my dream car, I would have walked away. I arrived at 6:00 p.m. and did not leave the dealership until 10:40 p.m. I did not take delivery of the vehicle that evening as I had to get home and go to bed as I had to work the next day and did not want to wait any longer. I returned four days later to take delivery of the vehicle. I asked Paris to be sure the vehicle was ready for delivery when I returned. The car was beautifully portered and I was very happy with the service I received at delivery of the vehicle. The car looked absolutely amazing. The benefit of all of this nonsense is that I absolutely love my new car. I am very happy with my purchase. "
