The salesman, Joe, was very nice and accommodating. He filled in the missing specs that the website did not provide, especially photos.

Overall it was an ok experience, nice salesperson and Sales Manger, but their pricing policies leave a lot to be desired. On most car search engines there's no mention of their "Empire Loyalty" discount which you would have had to buy a car from their dealer network in the past 12 months to get $2k off the 'real' price. Once you add that back in, which almost everyone will have to, the pricing is higher than most dealers.
