Dealerships near me (Wappingers Falls, NY)

I emailed and called the dealer a few times but ever time, on one there. On one called back but I did receive a few junk emails from this dealer.

I was interested in a 2013 Kia optima, called active Auto to inquire I'm assuming it was a salesman who answered the phone and told me that the car was sold and that they didn't have any other cars in my price range which is $4,000 to 5500 and he hung up on me. I'm not an expert on selling cars but I think that they should have their sales people try to get customers in the door not tell them that the car they are interested is sold and they don't have anything in their price range that just seem ridiculous to me definitely not recommend active Auto to anyone.

Had to call 3 times to ask for additional photos of their 2016 Tacoma. Nobody at this dealership will follow up with you. The salesman I was working with Avi was rude and I had to ask for a new salesman. Then they tried to tell me that none of their finance companies would finance me except for Toyota financing, even though they told me I have a 750 credit score. This dealership has no customer services.

Over the internet, the dealer was quite professional and courteous; however i live in Texas and their dealership is in New York. I pursued more local solutions to my quest before incurring the cost of a trip to New York or purchasing a car without a test drive.
