It was a great experience in working with Shelby and JT. We knew what we wanted; replaced a 2016 Prius. The 202 Prius was as listed or better. We bought the Prius and couldn't be happier with our decision.

Staff was very friendly but the list price on their vehicles is designed to pull you in the door. I looked at a 25k car and after driving it they told me it was actually 29k and it was part of their disclaimer. That would make sense, except that the car was the thousands of dollars overpriced. Their price of 25k was at market value but my sales rep definitely lied and said their tools said 30k, don’t ask for pricing justification as they don’t provide it, no matter what facts you confront them with
