We asked for an expedited process and they delivered. We were in and out in a matter of 2 hours, they had the car ready for a test drive, processed loan approval, all paperwork, and final walk thru in that time.

Not responsive to my questions. Did not provide a trade in estimate although I spoke in person with him and reminded him by email later. Only notifications since then is that they’ve raised the price of the car I wanted.
