Volvo dealerships near me (Providence, RI)

Went there, and person we are suppose to see wasn't even there. He knew we were there for a test drive. The suv we told he never had at the dealership to test drive. Poor experience

I’ve had very good experiences with Viti in the past. I was really disappointed that their chat feature does not give updated information. I saw a car on Tuesday on guru and asked if it was still available. It was exactly what I wanted and I had every intention to purchase it. In chat, I set up an appointment to test drive it when I got out of work. I went there, it’s a bit of a drive because I live in Massachusetts and when I went in to talk with a salesman, he told me the car sold on Saturday. That was 4 days before my appointment. That should not have happened. The salesman was very nice and apologetic. He said chat isn’t located there and it’s the information isn’t always accurate. They really need to fix it or delete it. I was extremely disappointed about the car and I was irritated that I wasted so much of my valuable time.

Best dealer experience ever. Very attentive and humanistic. Care about the clients needa and not just about the sale.
