0 Stars BAIT & SWITCH ADDED MASSIVE FEES RAISED PRICE COCKY SALES ASSOCIATES HIGHEST APR RATES NO NEGOTIATING says they'll work to earn your business but they don't do anything but raise the price and add fees Car priced at 31k 11 days ago.. I call and say I'm interested, set up a time.. they raise price to over $36k.. Scam scam scam !!

Crooked doesn't begin to describe this dealership. The offer on CarGurus was for $36,181. I call to buy the car and they change the price stating "oh, to get that price you have to trade in a car AND finance this one. I told him it didn't say that and his (the internet manager) response was "it is in the fine print". Sketchy to say the least. Th en when you look at the fine print, it doesn't say that either of these things are required for this price. It makes it sound like those would be additional credits. When I told them I would pay the nationally advertised price, they went silent. I don't normally leave reviews but run......don't walk away from this dealership!

My salesman told me to come on over.... I drove an hour and a half for nothing. It was Sold and leaving as I pulled in. He should of known there was a pending deal with another sales person. What a huge waste of 3 hours of my time! I would not recommend Wesley Chapel Toyota.
