Toyota dealerships near me (Huntersville, NC)

I believe most of people are nice there but the sales representative we got wasn't polite enough. The way he was talking and negotiating came to us little harsh, immature, arrogant and disrespectful. Nevertheless, We bought the car because we like it but not the hospitality. I think they can do better. Only if they were little nicer , I could have rated them 4 or 5 stars. It seems they really don't care much about good customer service

left hand doesn’t know what right hand is doing… received multiple calls from different salesman. I advised they had sold the vehicle I was interested in. Recieved multiple calls for two days.
