Honest, great follow up.

We had a great experience with Celeb Keating - very responsive and great attention to detail. Also, Alex, who handled our paperwork, was great.

By far the worst experience I have ever had with a car dealership and I have the text messages to prove it. I recommend no one go to this dealership because there liars and thieves. I ask them to match a deal I had on a tundra platinum with another dealership because advantage had the color I wanted and told them all the information. I was on the phone all day with the sales woman, meanwhile I am at work working construction all day. They finally say they can match the deal. I said I am working 14hrs but will ask my boss to leave early and sign the paperwork. I rush over to advantage toyota in the dead of rush hour. When I get there they greet me and show me the truck, everything seems perfect. Then we sit down and go over finances. I take my credit card out ready to hand over and the sales woman says the manager made a mistake and never put taxes and fees in the deal. Remember I have been talking to this woman all day about the deal no way there was a mistake.

Stay away . Drove 3 hours for schedule appointment just to find out vehicle driver seat was removed and battery discharge .Total waste of time

Disappointed that the listed car had been sold over a month ago but was still being advertised, but I spoke in depth with Lila over the phone. She explained the differences in packages and associated costs. She was able to give me a rough idea of what the car I wanted would cost if it came in. I was not expecting such great customer service over the phone. Many dealerships want you to come in so they can give a sales pitch. The only reason I don’t give 5 stars is because the car should have been off the website if sold …..

Worst 0 stars don’t go here made apt they confirmed 2xs that day after work I drove there in bumper to bumper hour worth of traffic then sales girl goes in back n says car not there on lift in shop I said get it down r u kidding me !! Next morning called manger Josh explaining I was 1st to call serious buyer I want car to see n drive b4 anyone else he says he will call me back never does 2 days later cars on site says sold I will be reporting them to better business also for being so shady don’t waste your time and go here there a shady dealership n I will make sure everyone knows !!!!

The price I expected the price I paid nothing extra definitely worth the experience
