"I met Brian and Adolph, they were two excellent sales representatives. The price quoted on the internet was honored by Brian,i chose the car and everything appeared to be perfect until I met Jeffrey the sales manager. This individual charged me $599.00 over the sticker price another $1500.00 for leather seat that he claimed that did not come with the car, and finally refused to honor the zero percent financing advertised even with high credit score. After three hours of frustration and wasted of time ,i left without the car and my approval letter from my bank."

"I Talked to a salesman for four days about an Acura 2010. I was interested in. He called me everyday, several times a day persuading me to come see the car. Three hours away!! So my three daughters, husband and myself was on our way. I tried calling several times the morning we were leaving to head down from Knoxville Tn. No answer. I text him also and said we were on our way. Finally called the dealership spoke to his assistant. Letting her know we would be there within the hour. Twenty minutes before the exit the salesman TEXT me and says sorry the car sold the night before. Needless to say I was not a very happy person. I do know one thing if you do not treat customers right it will show. They will suffer for their wrong self serving ways. Just sell the car who cares if someone spent their entire day in a car with three kids and a very unhappy husband! Not to mention the very expensive gas! "
