Good communication and follow up. I did not end up buying from this dealer, but I would certainly visit them again.

Made appointment to view/test drive vehicle. Drove 1-1/2 hours to dealership. Five minutes from dealership received text saying car was sold. Went to dealership anyway was told car was not sold but was being looked at. Then was told that the buyer backed out and car was available to test drive then was told the car was not available. This all occurred over the span of five minutes. Dealer has abysmal communication skills. Felt like a bait and switch. Would never buy a car from a dealership that is so untrustworthy and disorganized.

Our sales person John was amazing we got to test drive vehicle without him bugging us to sign anything. Everyone was very welcoming. Price was what was asked for online. The only issue I had already applied for a car loan at my bank and the loan officer at Subaru still ran my credit after I told her not to and now I’m stuck with another inquiry because of her.
