I had already found out what the invoice was, kbb and black book before arriving. If you don't do your research there are dealerships that will rob you and Stateline is one of them. It's ok to be business to make money but be fair with your customers. The Sales Manager proceeded to get an attitude not becoming of someone representing an establishment like this. When he demanded I give him the copy of the invoice back, he did so in a arrogant bullying way that did not set well with me, I told him that it was just a copy, as you could tell easily just by looking at it. He told me it was his only copy...yet another lie. Then he accused me of STEALING their property. I was furious and stated what are you going to do about it? First I don't take demands from anyone in the tone he was giving, second I had caught him in several lies. At this point all I could think was that he lied about the price on the invoice. I was mad and walked out! "
