Scheduled test drive and ended up seeing a different color Jeep I fell in love with and bought that one instead. I really liked that there was NO add on fees that were not included in the advertised price online. I went to 3 other dealerships and they wanted to add anywhere between $2-$6k on to the advertised price. I decided if you can not trust those other dealers with their prices online then how can you trust them to stand behind the car. This dealer didn't play any games.

I expressed interest in the car, but live two hours away and wanted to know if they could deliver the car. I communicated with at least three reps and one online chat person to try to find out if I could complete the transaction online and have the car delivered. No one got back to me to answer that question for a couple of days. Finally, when I was told I could have the car delivered, I was told the car was sold.

Smooth dealer experience, the team is knowledgeable and willing to work with you. 10/10 would buy again.
