I did not find the salesman helpful at all. I had an appointment. When I arrived I told them I had an appointment, but this guy was like no I can help you. He was dishonest about the Carfax and the car had more damage than expected. I would say the person I was supposed to meet with was very good at following up with me and did ask for details of why I felt uncomfortable. For that reason I have updated my 1 star to 2 star rating.

They had the car advertised for $17000. Dealership added a $1495 prep fee for the car. Doc fee was $1000. After they me that figure, I was insulted. Mgr told me Lincolns were junk and tried to lease me a Nissan. One star is too generous!
