I bought a 2021 cx5 touring. I worked with Christian at brickell mazda. He was very calm, collective, easy-going and not a pushy salesman which is why it was a great experience to work with him. I would look forward to working with him if I buy another mazda in the furure.

Initial Sales representative reached out with the details understanding I had a motorcycle for trade and was not in the same state, dealership accepted my credit app, then denied my trade in for being in a different state. Poor communication among sales rep and a hard inquiry on my credit for nothing.
