Mercedes-Benz dealerships near me (Calabasas, CA)

Not very good. We went in with a pre approval from BA . When it came time to do final paperwork they told us that BA wanted us to show proof of income. They wanted us to switch us to a bank that they did business with at a higher rate. We said no and walked away. When we contacted BA they said they never made any such request. When they give you a approval letter there should be no more questions asked. They gave us a new approval letter and told us to go to another dealer.

I was disappointed with this location. I reached out as soon as I seen this vehicle listed. I was told that vehicle wasnt ready yet but as soon as it was available I'd be notified. I reached out to ask if we could just go ahead with the credit apps and I was told sure but didnt hear anything after that. Today I recieved a message letting me know the vehicle was pretty much sold but if deal doesnt go through I'd be notified. That was not the original conversation.

When I went in to see the 2016 Ford Flex it had a lot of scratches and dents on the outside and then test drive it made a ticking sound in the rear end so you can tell it had some rear end damage at first that she said they would fix anything if there was something wrong with the car and after I told her about the sound I was told it was as is. So that was a red flag, passed on the purchase
