Great folks… Received a phone call almost instantaneously after submitting request about vehicle. They set-up an appointment for the next day, and were extremely accommodating. Traveled about 2 hours to look at the vehicle. They were ready and waiting, even though I arrived about an hour earlier than the appointment, we were able to test drive immediately. Made arrangements to finance and purchase the vehicle, and was on the road driving it home within about 2 and a half hours. Would definitely recommend and deal with these folks again.

I really don’t like the process of purchasing a car, however EVERYONE at Audi Porsche Shreveport made it very pleasant!!! I had excellent communication with James Wooten from the beginning, who coordinated all the necessary steps to making this process go as smoothly as possible!!! My husband and I were initially greeted by Ms. Yvonne, who was very personable and a joy to visit with!!! She kept us entertained throughout the entire visit!! Michael Demeche in finance was extremely organized which made the signing of all documents go quickly. He took the time to answer any questions and made sure I was comfortable with the responses before moving forward. And finally, I did not meet Joe Johnson in person, however he was the man behind the scene who negotiated the purchase price and trade in amount, to a very reasonable deal!!! This was by far, the most pleasant experience of purchasing a vehicle that I have ever had!!
