"The salesman told me during initial phone contact that the car could be painted to my specs and stored until my wife's birthday for a surprise. Upon buying the car I found that they didn't have the man power to paint a whole car--only ins. claim work as they have one person doing body work for three locations. And was told that they could deliver the car anywhere I wanted....this turned out to be nerve-racking as well since they had to "pull" guys to run the car and held my breath to see when/if it would arrive....haven't driven the car beside the test drive so can't say how well it runs, but my wife's b-day surprise has been a stressful fiasco! Thank God it's now sitting at a reputable body shop with people I trust."
