"I Found vehicle I wanted online with the features I wanted. Found it through the Reardon Dodge dealership. The vehicle was advertised as an Absolutely Mint condition 2006 vehicle for $21500. I was told that it had been extensively checked out by the dealership. Found comparable pricing to similar vehicles. I figured buying from a dealership was better than private. Vehicle had an outstanding recall and needed it performed before I took it back to Canada. Dealership assured me they would get it done. Asked multiple times for paperwork that it had been done so there would be no delay bringing it to Canada. I was assured again that the recall had been done. Called ahead to make sure paperwork was ready and in order, so I could get back to Canada to catch a ferry to Vancouver Island. Assured everything was ready to go. Get to dealership and the gong show began. Paperwork was not complete. Asked for copy of recall performed and they could find it. I sat in showroom for 2.5 HRS waiting for them to complete paperwork. I finally got in to sign the paperwork. I was rushed through signing which took 5 minutes. I had to ask for the title of the vehicle. They then took another 25 minutes to find it. I drove 200 miles to border. Dealership failed to advise me they closed at 3:30 for vehicle imports. Nice border officer let me through. Drive another 20 miles and the check engine light appears on dash. Pull over and check oil level. No oil registering on dipstick. I had to put in 2 liters of oil at this point. Take vehicle into my mechanic to have it checked out due to the lack of oil and check engine light. Also called vehicle manufacturer to make sure the recall had been performed like I was assured it was. The recall was never done so they lied to me. I have had to have the engine replaced. I have had to have the recall done. It has cost me an additional $6016.92 on a vehicle that was supposedly in mint condition and extensively checked by the dealership. I asked to have the paperwork faxed to me showing the checks they performed on vehicle. No VIN, no mileage recorded, as far as I can tell they didn’t even look at it before they sold it to me. I feel totally ripped off and this is totally UNACCEPTABLE. This dealership lied about the condition of the vehicle. Lied about the work they had performed. They will not compensate me for my damages. This experience has been the worst car purchase I have ever had. "

"I spoke with 2 salesmen and neither one would answer my questions. It was all about getting me to come to the dealership. Allthough my questions were pretty difficult. They were is the car automatic or manual? The other was a bit more difficult. I asked if they were willing to except a particular price as I had to drive 3.5 hours north. I didn't want to waste 7 hours of my life it they were not willing to consider my offer."
