Great place

Easily the worst dealer experience I have ever had in my life, if there is a vehicle you want at another dealership for more money please do yourself the favor and spend the money. First time I scheduled a test drive I was 20 minutes in from my hour drive before I was called and informed the car wasn’t even there. After 1-2 weeks I called the dealership to see what was up with the car and was informed that it would be delivered the next day. I then get a call at 9 the following morning asking if I could come in at 11:15. WITHOUT THE CAR BEING THERE. It finally arrived at 5:45 after being told it would then be there by 3, then 4, then 5 and finally 5:45 when it arrived with 2 HUGE scratches on the driver side door that are cover in the pictures with their “New arrival” banner even after I asked if the car had any issues. They were real quick to call me multiple times a day before then but I haven’t heard from them since.

Let me just say, one of the most sketchy dealers i have dealt with. Drove 2 hrs to see this car, i have the credit, was willing to negotiate a down payment, but they took hours to come back with an offer. When i got my offer they said i got approved, with a 14% INTEREST!!!! Please be careful when dealing with these people.

Ritchie was it? She contacted me quickly and was able to give all details and respond to my requests that needed upper management overview. Very punctual. Unfortunately unable to close a deal but i will keep her in mind if i ever cross anything at relating to the dealership

When I went into the dealership for my appointment to look at this particular vehicle and test drive it (because it seemed to be a great deal) I was told that it had already been sold the previous day. I was somewhat disappointed and was shown a 2024 Kia Forte LXS that they had on their lot. I test drove it, liked it and purchased it that same day. The staff were friendly and the salesperson I dealt with that day (Delleon Rice) and the finanace person (Donna Parker) were AWESOME!!! They made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Great experience overall.
