Test drove a Santa Cruz. Let them know that it may have something wrong with the tranny as it was stuttering during acceleration from a stop (they told me it was fine, now I know why they are selling a 2023 Premium with 8k miles way under blue book). Sales manager asked if I would make an offer, I said not for that price on a car that may need repairs right away. He told me he didn't need my business as he sells 300 cars a month. Would never go back.

By far, the most pleasant and efficient car buying experience through a dealer. OTD price was quoted through just a couple of email exchanges and the promise was kept when we got there.
