Did not end up buying a car here but the service and response was great. Neil was wonderful, very polite and didn’t pressure us. I appreciated all his help and we stayed in contact until I found a car that better suited us. He seemed genuinely happy for us.

Communication was good leading up to my appointment. We rode an hour and a half to our appointment to find out that the car was sold prior to us arriving. This was very disappointing.

Extra fees were added such as administrative fee, gov fees and doc fees . But on the good side vehicle was delivered for extra $250.00 by polite staff and was hassle free and quickly responded to my request . Also they followed up after the sale with a call. Thanks.

Drove over one hour after getting information online from the website nowhere did it say they were gon to mark the car up $6000 got there got the usual bs and then no explanation no I'm sorry you drove down here for nothing 6000 over MSRP bad news!
